Organic Bali Blue Moon is roasted in small batches using 100% Indonesian green coffee beans.  It is grown at an elevation of 1100 meters and is wet hulled processed and patio dried.  It has low acidity and high body with above average sweetness.  Has notes of vanilla, molassses, cedar and bakers chocolate.
