A great bird-friendly coffee grown by the FAF cooperative in the rain forests of Brazil.  The coffee is grown all naturally allowing the local wildlife and plant life to live freely.  We roast this coffee to a medium city roast maintaining soft chocolate notes and fruity undertones of Brazilian coffee.  It has a low-medium acidity with a medium body and a very high oil content creating a very smooth mouth feel.  Extracted as espresso, expect copious amounts of crema.
